To All Users: Roderick's Place, LLC is in the process of acquiring Periche-Thomas Enterprises. The aquisition includes all of the trademarks on this site which were formerly trademarks of Periche-Thomas Enterprises, publisher and owner of SelfHelpMoney.com, SelfHelpOpportunities.com, SelfHelpCart.com, HeaderADWorks.com, 123PayRaise.com, and the NEXTUS School of Internet Marketing, hereafter referred to collectively as "the Company". While all references below to "the Company" still refer to Periche-Thomas Enterprises, the Publishing Company, be advised that they may, upon completion of acquisition, be transferred. In which case they shall now be construed to then mean and refer to Roderick's Place, LLC. (see terms)

ABOUT Periche-Thomas Enterprises:

OUR PRINCIPAL BUSINESS HAS NOW BECOME INTERNET ADVERTISING VIA PUBLICATIONS AND PERIODICALS. Periche-Thomas Enterprises is a five year old California publishing company under the direction of Proprietor Daniel Periche, and General Manager Roderick Thomas. Our principal business went from local (offline) magazine publishing and mail distribution to Online Publishing and Affiliate Training. Our interests are tri-fold: Publishing, Advertising and Internet Marketing Education. To this end, the company founded the NEXTUS School of Internet Marketing in 2007.

The company is now creating jobs online, as well as home office jobs by producing a variety of online advertising venues including several Industry specific Digital Magazines, Niche related E-zines, Online Coupon Books, and Blogs. Its primary business project is the expansion of the soon to be opened Roderick's Place Local Online Coupon Stores, for which we are now seeking local area Managers and Executive PR Managers. Mr. Thomas is an advertising and marketing veteran. He published his first Coupon Book (offline) in 1991, and his first magazine in 1995. He has worked extensively in Sales and Advertising as well as Corporate Marketing and Business Consulting. Because the company is in the process of expanding its online publication efforts, it is offering aspiring writers the opportunity to publish their works online, to gain valuable publicity and readership, which could lead to offline publications and lucrative publishing contracts for the writers.
